The customer wants to assign the contractor with the services mentioned in §3. Part of the execution is the data processing of personal data. In particular the article 28 of the EU-GDPR has certain requirements to a processing like this. In order to comply with these requirements, the parties conclude the following agreement whose fulfillment will not be remunerated additionally, unless expressly agreed.
