The following "Terms and Conditions of Service" and the "Disclosure Statement" represent a complete statement of the agreement between Stream Georgia Gas SPE, LLC ("Stream Energy" or "us" or "we") and you, the "Customer." For purposes of this agreement, the term "Customer" means the person whose name appears on the bill for services pursuant to this contract.
