The purpose of this Agreement shall be to record the agreement of the parties arrived at through negotiations as to terms and conditions of employment relating to rates of pay, hours of work and other working conditions of employees, to provide a method of settlement of disputes and grievances, and to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees.
