This Access And Use Option Agreement is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between the MATERIALS INNOVATION AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY, having a principal place of business at 200 Corporate Place, Suite 202, Rocky Hill, Connecticut 06067 (“MIRA”)(“Owner”) and (“Developer”). Owner and Developer are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the ''Parties" and individually as a "Party."
