In addition to Sections 1 - 21 of the Provincial Sec- tion of the Principal Agreement and Local Union Ap- pendices, unless otherwise noted, this Section of the Agreement applies to any Contractor whose busi- ness includes the performance of work as described in Section 2 herein in the Province of Ontario.
