SUA-21-53 Prior Council Action/Related Items: SUA Pole Attachment Agreement Resolution ROW Occupancy Agreement with BluePeak Background / Issue: September 13, 2021 Council approved a ROW occupancy agreement with BluePeak Broadband. As BluePeak moves forward with their broadband project, they will be placing fiber optic cable on City utility poles. A Pole Attachment Licensing Agreement is needed. This will be the first of several agreements related to this project. Proposal/Solution: Authorize and execute Blue Peak Pole Attachment Licensing Agreement #1. Financial Impact/Funding Source(s): Each agreement will generate annual revenue in the amountof $20 per pole.
