The following terms govern your use of the hosted services that are identified in the contract accompanied by these terms and further de- scribed in the fact sheet(s) (that/these document(s) being the “Fact Sheet(s)” and the services collectively being referred to as the “Hosted Services”), and accompanying services that are being provided to you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) by SKIDATA AG (hereinafter referred to as “SKIDATA”), an Austrian corporation, with an address of Untersbergstrasse 40, A-5083 Grödig/Salzburg Austria (SKIDATA and Customer are hereafter collectively referred to as the “Parties,” each a “Party”). By signing the document below or signing the acknowledgement that was sent with these terms, or by using Customer agrees to these terms as a whole. If Customer does not accept these terms, the Hosted Services should not be used.
