The undersigned Employer has read, understands and voluntarily accepts, adopts, and agrees to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions contained in the Commercial Announcements Agreement and/or summary of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO, and each and every provision of the Agreement, which is in full force and effect from June 5, 2014 through June 4, 2017 as its own Commercial Announcements Agreement with the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO, for the full term of the said Agreement. Whenever the term “Employer” is used in said Agreement, said term shall include the undersigned Employer.
