This Business Associate Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and is made a part of the Advisory Agreement (“Contract”) by and between Gifford Medical Center (“Covered Entity”) and The Richards Group (“Business Associate”), dated July 1, 2020. This Addendum is effective as of January 1, 2021 (the “Addendum Effective Date”). This Addendum shall have a term equal to the term of the Contract (as such contract may be amended, extended, renewed, renegotiated or replaced with a contract with an extended term) unless terminated earlier as provided for in Paragraph 3, below.
