The Board of Directors of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain authorized the conclusion of a partnership and support agreement with the Institut de l'Entreprise Endowment Fund at its meeting held on December 19, 2023, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.225-38 of the French Commercial Code. This agreement was signed on January 25, 2024 between the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain and the Institut de l'Entreprise Endowment Fund, and will be submitted for approval to the Annual General Meeting convened to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023.
