This Temporary Easement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2024, by and between SUSSEX COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Delaware, THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF LEWES, a chartered utilities board of the State of Delaware, and the CITY OF LEWES, a municipal corporation of the State of Delaware (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “GRANTOR”), and THE STATE OF DELAWARE, acting by and through the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (“DELDOT”) with an address of 800 Bay Road, Box 778, Dover, Delaware 19903, by and through MITCHELL’S CORNER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with an address of 4750 Owings Mills Boulevard, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117 (hereinafter DELDOT AND MITCHELL’S CORNER LLC are collectively referred to as the “GRANTEE”).
