undersigned, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Speed Skating Canada, British Columbia Speed Skating Association, Organizing Committee, member clubs, Richmond Rockets Speed Skating Club, Richmond Olympic Oval Corporation, City of Richmond, and other organizations and sponsors concerned, their agents, respective officers, directors, elected officials, employees, invitees, consultants, contractors, agents, members, volunteers, successors and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me while participating in said activity/at said event, the Richmond Rockets Oval Challenge, (hereinafter referred to as “Event”), held at the Richmond Olympic Oval at Richmond, British Columbia.
