(“Voci”) and the other signatory to an Order (“Customer”). Voci provides voice-to-text and experience management products (the “Voci Products”). This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions for the purchase and provision of subscriptions to Voci Products and related professional services provided by Voci (“Professional Services”).
