Acceptance of Agreement This Purchase Order constitutes a binding contract between the Amarillo Independent School District (“AISD” or the “District”) and Contractor to furnish the goods and/or services specified on the face of the Purchase Order. By acceptance of this Purchase Order, Contractor agrees to furnish all goods and/or services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein. Unless otherwise specified in this Purchase Order, Contractor shall not deliver substitutes or inferior materials without prior, written authorization from AISD. Acceptance of Contractor’s goods and/or services does not constitute acceptance of any terms and conditions stated in Contractor’s documentation or agreements. Contractor’s commencement of work on the goods subject to this Purchase Order or shipment of such goods, whichever occurs first, shall be deemed an effective mode of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
