Data Processing Agreement This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 01/05/2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between YVHSC with its principal place of business located at St Marys Road, Ealing W5 5RG (the Controller – hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and The Ekko Group with its principal place of business located at Stratford Road, Birmingham (the Processor - hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”) (hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”).
