("IDeaS") will authorize You to use the IDeaS® RMS Mobile Software You obtained from an authorized distribution channel ("Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement then you are not authorized to use the Software.
