On or about April 6, 2021, the Mayor of the City of Lake Worth, with the concurrence of the City Council for the City of Lake Worth (“City”), appointed William “Bill” Lane to serve as the Municipal Court Judge (“Presiding Judge”) for the City. Presiding Judge Lane is currently appointed for a term that expires April 30, 2023, subject to the following terms and conditions for such professional services.
