The Hospital recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed a nursing capacity at Alexandra Hospital regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, save and except Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor and Quality Coordinator.
