This document (“Agreement”) documents the rights granted to purchasers of the Npcap OEM Redistribution License product. Licensor is Insecure.Com LLC (“Insecure”), also known as the Nmap Project. Specific terms are in double quotes and bolded when defined, and then capitalized in subsequent uses. Selected options are marked with “XX”. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. This Agreement takes precedence over any EULA displayed by the Npcap installer. If a separate Npcap OEM redistribution contract is signed by both Licensor and Licensee for the same Covered Products, that contract takes precedence over this Agreement.
