In order to increase the number of Texas residents completing a bachelor’s degree and to help the State of Texas reach the goals set out in the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s report Closing the Gaps, the Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering at Texas Tech University (TTU) and Lubbock Christian University (LCU) have agreed to participate in the Student Access and Success Partnership agreement.
