This Wireless Network Access and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between American Bandwidth, LLC, dba AmeriBand (“AmeriBand”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and you, the wireless network owner (“Network Owner”), effective and legally binding upon you when you clicked the “ACCEPT” button on the Acceptance of Agreement page, or when you allow access, use and/or accept provisioning of the Wireless Services (as defined below) with AmeriBand, whichever is earlier (the “Effective Date”). From the Effective Date, the Agreement shall remain in force during the period of time you allow access, use and/or accept provisioning of the Wireless Services (as defined below) with AmeriBand, and for a period of one year thereafter, unless otherwise terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
