These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between You, an independent Contracted Courier (collectively, “Courier,” or “You”) and Botlwyz LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, officers and directors (collectively, “Botlwyz,” “we,” “us” or “our”) governing your use of the Botlwyz application, website, and technology platform (collectively, the “Botlwyz Platform”). This Agreement is intended to create the relationship of principal and independent Contractor and not that of employer and employee. You and Botlwyz are not employees, agents, or partners of each other for any purpose, other than those specified by this Agreement. Neither party shall have the right to bind the other by contract or otherwise, except as specifically provided in this Agreement.
