This Oracle Cloud Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Oracle Korea Ltd (“Oracle”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the entity identified in the order (“You”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern orders placed under this Agreement. 본 오라클 클라우드 서비스 합의서(이하 본 “합의서”)는 한국오라클 유한회사(이하 “오라클”, “당사”, 또는 “당사의”)와 본 주문서에 명시된 단체("귀하”) 간에 체결됩니다. 본 합의서상의 조항은 본 합의서에 따라 제출한 주문에 적용되는 약관을 명시합니다. 1. USE OF THE SERVICES 1. 서비스의 이용 1.1. We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or the order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations.
