This Agreement, including Amendment No. 1 (TRO Amendment) hereto (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of February 10, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between Certainty Tech Telecom, LLC (“CTT”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with offices at 3275 South Main Street, Sandy Lake, PA 16145 and Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and CTT may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
