This Second Amendment (the "Second Amendment") to the lnterlocal Agreement between Broward County and Participating Communities for Solid Waste Disposal Support Services, dated September 1, 2012, is executed by and between Broward County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County''), and _Village of Sea Ranch Lakes, a municipal corporation ("Participating Community"). County and Participating Community are sometimes each individually referred to as a "Party'' and collectively as the "Parties".
