THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 29th day of December, 2021, by and between St. Cloud Towing & Collision, Inc., an independent contractor (“Contractor”), whose address is 605 East 13th Street, Saint Cloud, FL 34769, and Harmony Community Development District (“District”), care of the District Manager, whose address is 313 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida 34747 (hereinafter “Parties”), shall bind the Contractor to provide Towing Services.
