This Addendum Number Two (“Addendum”) is made and entered into by the Governing Board of the Sequoia Union High School District (“District”) and Mary Streshly Ed.D. (“Superintendent”) in accordance with Section 15(e) of the Superintendent’s Employment Agreement, executed on April 5, 2017 (hereinafter “Employment Agreement”). Specifically, the terms of this Second Addendum to the Employment Agreement are as follows:
