This Third Amendment to the Master Development Agreement (the “Third Amendment”) is made effective this day of September , 2022 between West Haven City (the “City”) and Green Farm Community, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Developer”) relating to the long-term, mixed-use master-planned project known as The Green Farm (the “Project”). The City and the Developer may hereinafter be referred to individually as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
