DPA This Data Processing Addendum (”DPA”), forming part of the Compa SaaS Customer Agreement (“Principal Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the Effective Date, by and between Compa Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices 2211 Michelson Dr., Suite 900, Irvine, CA US 92612 (“Compa”) and [ ] (the “Customer”). (each a “Party” and together, “Parties”) WHEREAS (A) The Customer acts as a Data Controller. (B) Compa acts as Data Processor. (C) The Customer wishes to contract certain Services as set forth in the Principal Agreement, which involve the processing of personal data by the Data Processor.
