The terms of this Online Trading Agreement supplement the Cash Client’s Agreement entered into by Huayu Securities Limited (“Huayu Securities”) and client to which this Online Trading Agreement is annexed whereby Huayu agrees to provide client electronic services which enable client to give electronic instructions and to obtain quotations and other information via computer transmission for use on compatible personal, home or small business computers, including internet appliance with modems, terminals or network computers that can connect to a telecommunication network. Where any conflict arises between the Cash Client’s Agreement and the provisions of this Online Trading Agreement, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
