This Second Amendment (“Second Amendment”) to the “Information Technology Management and Support Services Agreement Between the City of Pittsburg and YantraSoft, Inc. for daily Information Technology Services” (“Agreement”) is made on December 21, 2010, (“Effective Dates”)by and between the City of Pittsburg, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and YantraSoft, Inc., a California corporation (“Consultant”).
