THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ("IGA") is entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, a body corporate and politic ("County") and the Housing Authority of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, a public body, corporate and politic ("BCHA"). County and BCHA are each a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties.”
