referred to as "Lessor," and MAINSTAGE BREWING COMPANY LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee." on a property commonly known as 446 Main St., Lyons, CO 80540 and 450 Main St., Lyons, CO 80540. This Lease shall be considered and interpreted as a “Triple Net” lease, meaning that the Tenant shall be responsible for all ad valorem real estate taxes, insurance expenses incurred by the Landlord or Tenant in insuring the property against hazard loss and personal liability, all utility costs and charges and all other costs and expenses unless specifically exclude hereinafter by this Lease.
