Infrastructure Policy Authority (“Policy Authority”) located at 1800 F Street, NW Washington, DC 20405 and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) (“Entity”) located at 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 as of the date of the Policy Authority’s signature to this Agreement with a term of three years. Policy Authority and Entity will collectively be referred to as “Party” or the “Parties.”
