This Manufacturing Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into an d m a de between HeyScottie, Inc. (“HeyScottie”) and you (“You” and “Your”), as of the date that You accept this Agreement. HeyScottie’s General Terms and Conditions are available at: www.heyscottie.com/terms (“General Terms”) and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the General Terms, the terms of this Agreement shall supersede and control to the extent of any such conflict.
