THIS Agreement is made on and entered into effective as of the day of , 2019, by and between COUNTY OF HIDALGO, TEXAS hereinafter referred to as (“the County”), and CITY OF DONNA, TEXAS hereinafter referred to as (“City”), collectively as “the Parties”, pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act (“Act”), as follows:
