(“you”) applies for accreditation by the Better Business Bureau Serving Central North Carolina (“BBB”) and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. You understand that this agreement is not effective until accepted by BBB. You agree you will notify BBB if you merge, get acquired or consolidate with another business, and acknowledge that any resulting new business must re-qualify for BBB accreditation. Processing your payment is part of the application process. Your payment indicates your agreement to our Accreditation Agreement and BBB Standards for Trust. BBB of Central NC will continue to process your application unless we receive written notification to the contrary within 7 days of the date of this correspondence.
