This Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date indicated on the first page of the this Purchase Order, as indicated above (“Effective Date”), by and between Core Security SDI Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having principal offices at 1000 Holcomb Woods Parkway, Roswell, GA 30076 (“Buyer”) and the company identified on the first page of Purchase Order above, (“Vendor”), which incorporates this Agreement by reference and is signed by duly authorized representatives of Vendor and Core (Core and Vendor may be collectively be referred to as “Parties” and/or individually as “Party”).
