PROPERTY (this “ PILOT Agreement”) is made and entered into as of by and between Solect Energy Development, LLC, a limited liability company located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, (“Lessee”), and the Town of Pepperell, a municipal corporation duly established and located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Town”). Lessee and the Town are collectively referred to in this PILOT Agreement as the “Parties” and are individually referred to as a “Party”.
