This Continuing Disclosure Undertaking (this “Agreement”) dated as of March 1, 2010, is executed and delivered by the Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees (the “University”), (the “Dissemination Agent”), and The FAU Finance Corporation (the “Issuer”), in connection with the issuance by the Issuer of its $ Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds (Innovation Village Project), Series 2010A (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are being issued pursuant to the Indenture described below.
