THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2012, by and between Step Two Investments, L.L.C., a Kansas limited liability company, dba Stampede Mailing Services (hereinafter “Stampede”) and the City of Overland Park, Kansas (hereinafter ”City”). This Agreement will be a one (1) year agreement with the option to renew additional years.
