This Viveport Platform Agreement for China (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“You” or “Your”) and Fanshare Co., Ltd and/or one or more of its affiliates (“Platform Provider”). Hereinafter, You and Platform Provider may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Your acceptance of this Agreement represents that You have carefully read all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and You agree to all the terms and conditions hereof.
