These purchase order terms and the purchase order (the “Order”), together with any and all attachments and appendices incorporated herein and therein (collectively with the Order, the "Agreement"), issued by Inari Medical, Inc. ("Company") to the seller as identified on the Order ("Provider") govern the purchase of the Goods and/or Services (each herein defined) described in such Order. As used herein, the term "Party" shall mean either Company or Provider, as the context requires, and the term "Parties" shall mean both Company and Provider. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the Goods and/or Services; provided however, if the Parties are parties to a separate, mutually executed written agreement governing the purchase of the Goods and/or Services ("Existing Agreement"), then the terms of such Existing Agreement shall prevail.
