This National Society Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated 20 December 2021 (the “Effective Date”) between The Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) (the “Society”) and The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Incorporated (the “IEEE”), is being signed to encourage the exchange and dissemination of technical information between IEEE and the Society, and to promote understanding and cooperation among the members of these organizations.
