The Solana Beach School District ("District") is pleased to offer students and staff access to District computers, communication systems (websites, mobile devices, podcasting and other emerging technologies), the Internet and an array of technology resources to promote educational excellence and innovation. The District follows the requirements contained in the Child Internet Protection Act (CIPA) by filtering inappropriate content. Access to District technology resources is limited and is subject to District Board Policies and Administrative Regulations as amended from time to time and subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws, as amended. Students will be granted access when written consent of the student's parent or guardian is received.
