All operations including but are not limited to: the purchase of parts and components, installation, programming, testing, certification, maintenance, monitoring, labor, professional services, fiber optics, drawings, trench work, troubleshooting, and permit fees per the Scope of Services and Inventory of Equipment listed in (Appendix A); and all associated addenda and attachments, incorporated herein by reference; and the requirements of this Agreement; and
