Alfred Health through the Alfred Health Researcher has collected and/or developed the Material. B. Recipient wishes to acquire a sample of the Material for the Purpose. C. Alfred Health is willing to provide a sample of the Material to Recipient for the Term subject to the terms of this Agreement.
