This offer is made subject to its acceptance by the Community Facilities District on the date hereof, and it is subject to withdrawal by the Underwriter upon notice delivered to the Community Facilities District at any time prior to the acceptance by the Community Facilities District. Capitalized terms that are used in this offer and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Indenture (as hereinafter defined).
