THIS AMENDMENT #2 (the "Amendment"), effective on the date of the Office of General Services signature, by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the New York State Office of General Services, with offices at the 38th Floor, Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12242 (“OGS”), and [VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture, P.C.], (hereinafter "Contractor"), with offices at 50 Main Street Suite 360, White Plains, NY, 10606,(hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”)
