This College and Career Access Pathways Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the _2nd day of June 2021 (“Commencement Date”), by and between the LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, a community college district duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“LACCD”), and the EL MONTE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“EMUHSD”). LACCD and EMUHSD hereby agree as follows:
